- Was one of Inc. Magazines "Top 5000 fastest growing companies"
- Served on SIMA's (Snow and Ice Management Association) board for 7 years. Was board chair and held the CSP designation
- Founding partner in a global rock salt distribution company
- Have started, bought and sold over a dozen companies
- Expert in marketing/branding, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, operations and partnerships
